New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around New York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

It’s awesome that there’s a free gym in this area with classes and events. The facilities are taken care of, and there’s fun things too like pool and ping pong. However, a deal breaker for me is that there’s no wifi. I can’t spend all of my data on streaming music here because I like to do cardio. Also note you must bring a lock if you bring a bag.

We love this place and their swimming team ‘metropolitan sharks’ for our 8 years old boy. He loves to come here. Coach is very good, patient and good at developing good swimmers.

I love this place. They have a variety of classes they offer all day long and during the weekends until about 6:30 pm. The price is right especially if you’re on a strict budget and want to get fit. They also have swimming classes they offer throughout the week and weekends. They a have a weightlifting room with many machines to work out on but I haven’t had a chance to visit this floor yet. I have been to the room they have a few treadmill’s and elliptical and stair masters machines which is small but never too crowed. They keep their facilities super clean and provide most of the equipment that you will need for the classes they offer. They have enough lockers and all you need to do is bring your own lock. They even have free phone charge stations for phone charging. They have 2 or 3 ping pong tables and a pool table to play, these are usually busy but every now and then are available. Ive met many new people and enjoying the new friendships. Hope you give this place a try to see what they can offer you.

Several storied (elevators & stairs) large center w/all of the resources expected of the city's gyms. Regulation sized courts & pool. Workout room spread over several rooms & floors which may be a PRO or CON depending on taste. Layout boasts a 2 level bright & airy table sport section and a jewel of A MEDIA/COMPUTER CENTER w/classes ranging from Video, Podcasting & digital music editing, in addition to daily scheduled open lab w/tech assistance for ALL ages... & Like most these days, pickleball abounds
